It has several typos and unnecessary qualifiers (fluff) which (1) makes it unduly long (wastes time) (2) makes me question the credibility of the author and (3) gives off an unprofessional, "this exam is going to be so daunting so you better listen to me" tone. It both belabors the fact that the exam will be completely digital, AND lectures on the importance of never leaving a scantron bubble blank. I was still considering not saying anything until I came across a glaring misstatement of a rule due to a typo (see attached).
