Presenter credentials is a factor that CLE users will consider when selecting a CLE course to watch. We work with a lot of impressive presenters and should use them in our marketing efforts. We can include part of a presenter’s bio, their photo, and links to any courses they’ve done with us in “Presenter Spotlight” posts to be used in emails and on social media (especially LinkedIn).

Jillian Kuehl I agree that we need to take advantage of organic social media. Perhaps we do a monthly rotation of featured course, presenter spotlight, blog post, maybe reposting the monthly course digest. cc Emily Chartrand
