Allow users to create, move, edit, etc folders within other folders.

For students who use Quimbee over the course of multiple semesters and have a bookmark folder for each subject/class, it would be nice to be able to aggregate those folders together into a bigger semester folder. This would make it easier to navigate through a list of bookmark folders.
