This report can be identical to the CLE Customer Course Completion report, but it needs to only show users who completed a course survey in any week AFTER the week they completed the actual course.

For example, a user completed “Course A” on 3/23/2023. User did not complete the survey to claim course credit. User does not show up on the CLE Customer Course Completion report the following week when credit is reported. The user goes back and completes the course survey on 4/3/2023, once he realizes he did not get a certificate. The user is admitted in a state where Quimbee must report the credit. Because the survey was not completed, the user does not show up on our course completion report. We need a secondary report or a way to solve for catching those who do not complete the survey in the same week they complete a course.
