The individual rights flash cards need to be broken apart into smaller sub-topics.
For example, putting 14th amendment equal protection issues in the same deck as 1st amendment speech protections, makes almost zero sense. These topics are not likely to be tested in the same Con. Law class; i.e Con. Law 1 vs Con Law 2. A student is almost never going to need to review these topics together.
It makes me question whether the people who put the deck together even went to law school or whether they just saw "Bill of Rights" and decided of course these topics all belong together.
Obviously that is an extreme example, but I should not have to wade through 185 cards to get to the material that I want to actually review.
