There's already a course for estate planning, but it's more focused just on wills and trusts. I haven't seen much on power of attorney documents, advanced directives, living wills, etc. And estate tax information is crucial. Plus, there are more trusts than just revocable/irrevocable and charity trusts. What about bypass trusts, QTIP trusts, and the like?
