Feedback on Evidence Course - Hey there,I just wanted to give you guys some feedback regarding your evidence course. You may want to add a video regarding “Not Hearsay” - because that’s a complicated issue within itself. While it’s not a rule because it’s the inverse of what Hearsay is...there seems to be “lay rules” about what “not hearsay” actually is, or statements that they can be.The easy bit: it's not hearsay (1) if they aren’t out of court statements or (2) statements offered to prove the truth of the matter asserted (TOMA)Harder/Murkier "Not Hearsay Concepts": Statements to prove knowledge, Legal/Verbal acts, Statements used to show effects on hearer, etc.I just want this to exist in this course somewhere as “lay inverse rules” because hunting for this wasn’t fun. I found a YouTube video about it instead.

The course content on Property Law would benefit from lessons on rights to exclude and rights of access, trespass, public accommodation, justification for property rights, and what can be owned. This would correspond with the introduction section in the casebook Property Law: Rules, Policies, and Practices by Singer.
