It would be nice to have something that walks you through a trial from beginning to to end and gives pointers on how to do each step. For reference, the book Trial Techniques and Trials by Thomas A. Mauet and Stephen D. Easton.

I'd like to see Quimbee offer flowcharts of different fields of law so that I can better study.
More in-depth courses. The current courses just skim the surface, but don't touch the nuances that so often get me and my fellow students hung up.
