I've noticed some essay tasks concern concepts not yet covered by the previous tasks/not covered at all making them currently useless for learning and study material. The logical arrangement would be to follow corresponding writing assignments with tasks previous covered on that subject or subjects introduced earlier.

Matt Sellers: yes torts and also the first section of property law essays don't seem to be the best study aid after reviewing the prior material. Some focus on concepts that haven't been introduced or focus on concepts that have not been discussed in detail though the lessons. Its been a few years since law school so if it hasn't come up in the study material its completely off my radar
