As a speaker/consultant, I want to access my account, so I can fulfill my speaking commitments and access my pass benefits. Speaker hasn't been able to access account. Status was consultant, changed to student and now able to log in. Requesting pass extension since unable to use it at all. Pass expired 10/7/2025.
