As a course participant, I want supporting documents provided promptly, so I can review materials and get full value from the course. 3 weeks after course, still no supporting documents provided. Supporting documents are important to value proposition. Material more specialized than other CLEs but overall experience leaves user hesitant to subscribe self and associate.
