Allow users the ability to change their rest day

As a bar review user, I want the ability to change my rest day so I can accommodate future bar review scheduling.

Agree, there are numerous reasons behind the need to change the rest day later, whether it was a mistake when first setting your schedule, a change in schedule, or a temporary accommodation like taking a sick day.
