The model answers for the MEE and MPT questions come with the disclaimer, "...it is not expected a student could reproduce this on the exam." Providing model answers that are not actually models for us to try to achieve on the bar exam is not particularly useful.

What this means is that students don't have a realistic idea of what constitutes a passing score on questions like this. It would be great if we had examples of a range of answers so we could see what graders would realistically look for to award a passing score.
